Ethical issues arise while working on many projects and it is crucial to remember that while making that or another step one represents the whole ethical conduct of the company not just of himself.  Having said that, I strongly believe that the right behavior for the senior accountant would be to talk to the managing partner about the manager’s suggested procedure.

First of all, alignment is highly important for the big auditing firms. Managers should to be aware of all actions their employees make. In that case organization functions correctly and maintains integrity. Therefore in order to correctly interpret and actually provide “the greatest level of service” senior accountant should clearly understand the meaning of this statement and the border of freedoms that it grants to him.

Second, taxation is highly sensible issue and frauds in this sphere can jeopardize company’s reputation and bare serious consequences for the accountant. Thus, in case if senior accountant has doubts about transparency of this method it is better to check this matter with the expert. Consequently, prior consultation with the firm’s tax director without mentioning client’s name is advisory before carrying the conversation to the managing director. Any conclusion of the tax director along with possible outcomes should be presented to the managing director before performing statistical sampling method of valuation inventory for the tax purposes.

Consequently, advisory path of behavior is the following: collect relevant information about the method by consulting with the experts, apply this knowledge to specific case and present the situation with possible outcomes to the managing director. In this way, senior accountant will ensure that all his actions are aligned with the management, responsibility for any action is shared, retain the team work spirit in the company by discussing it with the professionals and does not jeopardize neither client’s integrity nor his own.

Assessment
Overall Impression:
Well, the first sentence of this paper speaks for itself. It does not speak, actually--it yells. Like, “I am one of the worst essays you will ever read in your editor’s life!” And all the following sentences do the same.
Dude, what's syntax? It’s when words line up in a certain order to convey meaning; syntax can sometimes be as crucial for conveying semantic nuances as proper grammar and phrasing. Speaking of the latter, by the way, I sincerely hope that teachers who taught you English just intended to deceive you by calling this “proper English.” No one ever speaks like this in the US or the UK.
And finally, have you even heard of punctuation? You seem to be using commas and quotation marks wherever you like. That just won’t do.
What I was actually surprised with, though, is the argumentation you used. At least you seem to be knowledgeable in what you wrote this paper about.
